Living behind glass walls on the 7th floor of a high rise apartment, Dolinko instinctively pointed her camera outward to the architectural landscape before her, animated throughout the day with the changing illumination of the sun. Literally faced with the Hitchcockian "Rear Window" spectacle of an apartment grid animated by a multitude of occupants, Dolinko began photographing her high-rise neighbors casually, then obsessively. The result is a group of images that capture quiet moments, witnessing the grace of unselfconscious solitude.
