This workshop will offer members a thorough overview of best practices in print file preparation, tailored to members seeking to access G44 print services. Workshop attendees will learn how to prepare files for bulk and non-bulk printing with industry-standard techniques to ensure the highest quality print output. Topics covered include resizing and image resolution, workflow, file organization, and non-destructive editing. Participants will also learn how to efficiently incorporate edits between the test and final print stage. All attending should have the latest version of Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud installed on their personal computers. It is encouraged to use one’s own images when following along. The instructor’s screen will be shared with attendees over Zoom, and there will be time for questions and answers to help troubleshoot unique scenarios to each participant.
