Experimental Film & Paper Techniques

Christine Lucy Latimer

Using an array of simple techniques, this workshop demonstrates rule-breaking in black and white wet darkroom practice to produce unique alternative images. Learn about hand-manipulation of paper and negatives, alternative chemical processes and fun techniques with the photographic enlarger in this playful half-day event.

Christine Lucy Latimer is an avant-garde filmmaker and photographer. Her work over the past decade has been featured at international galleries and film festivals in Canada, the U.S., Argentina, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, the U.K., Spain, Greece, India, Japan and Korea. She currently lives and works in Toronto, Canada.
