CameraLinks is Gallery 44’s annual non-competitive, theme-based exhibition for elementary and secondary school students from the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Participating students have a unique opportunity to exhibit their photographic artwork in a professional gallery. For our CameraLinks exhibition, approximately 20 schools submit over 300 images. The exhibition theme for 2020 is Languages.
Every year, Gallery 44 partners with the Toronto District School Board through CameraReach, an intensive in-class digital and conceptual photography workshop program for middle school students. This year’s exhibition will also feature works created by TDSB students in grades 7 & 8.
For more information about CameraLinks submissions go to CameraLinks or contact Leila Fatemi, Curator of Education and Community Outreach.
