Grace Wang is a Toronto-based visual artist, photographer and filmmaker working primarily through analogue processes. Shaped by her experience as a first-generation immigrant, her work weaves together the personal and the ephemeral, exploring memory, time and the natural world. Her series The Heart Has Not Stopped was presented in solo exhibitions at the Clark Centre for the Arts (2025) and at Daniels Spectrum during CONTACT (2026), where she launched her first photobook, a handmade Risograph edition. Wang's award-winning short films have screened internationally, and her photography has appeared in The Walrus and has been commissioned for a permanent public artwork in Calgary’s transit shelters.
