Gallery 44 is hosting a 10-month artist-educator residency at TPL’s Agincourt Branch in Scarborough for youth aged 13-17. The residency will engage a rotation of five photo-based artists, each facilitating monthly youth drop-in sessions, for a two-month period. Thematically, the workshops will introduce local-area youth to creative photographic practice as a method of positive self-expression, inspiring participants to find new ways to develop and share their stories while connecting with their community.
